Called to order: The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. 2. Communications from the public: Committee watched the video and was very pleased with the presentation. Tommy asked if Aaron could put the same amount of stars when each military branch is recognized with a song. Everyone was happy with the show so Aaron stated he will start purchasing shells. Call Patrick to arrange the bucket truck. Committee is invited to the Council Meeting on June 1st. Possible day bands are Luther and the Healers or Kendrick. Pete is ok with the food. James stated he would contact Scott one more time and Barbara will contact someone as well for the trailer that we need for the band. 3. Discussion and possible action regarding April 15 2015 minutes: Barbara made a motion to approve the minutes as presented, Kathy second the motion and the motion passed unanimously. 4. Discussion and possible action regarding the 2015, 4th of July Celebration A. Parade: No changes B. Day: No changes Michelle asked about extra electrical outlets. C. Evening: Barricades have been confirmed. We’re going to have a van to drive dignitaries back and forth. PD, will have their command post, we had 3 motorcycle police officers. Will have bucket truck on Thursday to set up fireworks and Saturday to turn on fireworks. Have Michael check on parking lot for Clear Brook. James stated he will call Spazmatics in the morning to make sure we’re getting the “A” band. 5. Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 8:10 pm. Approved by: Kimberly Ramirez Date: June 24, 2015
