There were 193 that signed in at the front table. 8. Discussion and possible actions regarding the Budget and Purchasing: Read and Reviewed. 9. Report from Recreation Superintendent: We researched the error code on the broken treadmill and Jamie called a few repair company’s and the motor will need to be replaced, the parts are no longer available and if we could find a part it would be about $1600.00. The treadmill is over 12 years, way past the warranty; the parts are not made anymore, so we did not think it was a good idea to spend that money on repairing it. We researched some commercial grade treadmills; the new one would cost roughly $2700.00. Waiting for funds to be transferred over to purchase the treadmill. 10. Comments made by the Public: Make announcements that you do not have to contribute to the donation box to participate in the activities in the building. Complaints have been made about the charge of the painting class. The fees include the cost of the paints, paintbrushes and any other supplies. 11. Comments made by the Committee Members: none 12. Adjournment at 10:00 am. _________________________________________ Genie Balderaz, Senior Program Manager Date Approved: 12/9/14
