MINUTES OF A JOINT WORKSHOP OF THE
FRIENDSWOOD PLANNING AND ZONING _COMMISSION
DECEMBER 12, 1983
A joint workshop of the Friendswood Planning and Zoni�g Commission
with the City Council was held at the City Hall on Monday, December
12, 1983, at 7�3D p.m. with the foll owi�g members present.
Cress -Chairman
Miller
Jones
Hoppe
Brown
Beggs
Wth a quorum present and with none absent, the followi�g business
was transacted.
REAPPOINTMENT AND OATH OF OFFICE
The City Council reappointed Charles Beggs and Glen Cress to serve
on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Mayor Ra�ph L. Lowe administered the Oath of Office to 'Charles Beggs
and Glen Cress.
WORKSHOP WITH CITY ·coUNCIL ON PROPOSED CHANGES-TO THE ·zoNING ORDINANCE
The proposed ordinance was reviewed page by page with changes being
suggested. Several changes were made regarding revision of activities
of the Board of Adjustment. Mayor Lowe asked that this be held until
next Monday night when the members of the Board of Adjustment would be
in attendance to discuss this portion of the ordinance.
