TONY BANFIELD Mr. Banfield told the Planning and Zoning Commission he feels there �s a potential land lock problem with about 155 acres of which he owns 65 acres in the area West of Longwood Park. The area was annexed 6 or 7 years ago and as far as he knows has never been looked at for locating major arteries since annexation. Mr Banfield would like to request the Planning and Zonin g Commission to have a planner look at the area, especially since General Homes is planning a new development of about 136 acres located between F.M. 2351 and Melody Lane which might add to a land lock situation for the 155 acres. The Planning and Zoning Commission told Mr. Banfield there is a master street plan and they would take the area under consideration. DAVID O'FARRELL - 3 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS -F.M. 528 David O'Farrell presented a drawing of 3 proposed Commercial buildings to be located on F.M. 528; the ingress-egress to be one driveway off of F.M. 528. The drawing indicated a 6' fence along the property line to provid e visual screening. The ordinance requires an 8 1 fence. The drawings also indicated a 120' right-o f-way shown for F.M. 528.
