MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FRIENDSWOOD
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
December 19, 1985
The Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commissio n held a regular meeting on Thursday, December 19, 1985, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The following sub jects were considered.

With a quorum present and with none absent, the following business was transacted.
CASTLEWOOD PARK -FINAL
Don Roberts presented a final plat of Castlewood Park including reserves A, D, C, F and E, leaving out B� The ow ners of B have chosen not to sign a milar leaving tract B unplatted. Castlewood Park is located on F.M. 518 and Cedarwood being 10.3973 acres out of Lots 15 and 16, Block 5, Friendswood Subdivision.
The Planning and Zoning Commission would like to ask the City Attorney's opinio n on approving this tract with reserve B not being platted with the other reserves.
MOTION: (CR ESS) To give final approval to Castlewood Park contingent on review by the City Attorney of the platting of A,D,C,F and E leaving out reserve B.
SECOND : (BEGGS) VOTE: UNANIMOUS FOR MOTION CARRIED

CHRISTOPHER SUBDIVISION -FINAL
The final plat of the Christopher Subdivision indicated no sewer to any of the lots. A 10' easement is exten ded into the tract as show n on the plat.

SECOND: (BAKER)
To give final approval to Christopher Subdivision contingen t on verification from the City Council and City Engineer on the availability of the utilities for the Chr istopher Subdivision.
AFTER DISCUSSION AND RECONSI DERATION BEETH WITHDREW HIS MOTION. THE SECOND BY BAKER WAS ALSO WITHDRAWN.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will return the milar to the City Engineer for the verification of the required sewer service.
Councilman Prihoda told the Commission City Council had awarded the contract and it will take 40 days from the start date of the project for sewer service to be made available.
FOREST BEND ZONING
The Committee of Beeth, Ballard and Baker set up a meeting for the purpose of preparing a recommendation to City Council on the zoning in Forest Bend after conferring with the rest of the Co mmission.
The meeting was adjourned.
