CHAIRMAN BAKER CALLED THE PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER AND ASK IF THERE WAS ANYONE WHO WISHED TO SPF.AK IN OPPOSITION TO THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION CHANGE RroUES'r. THERE WAS NO PUBLIC OPPOSITION AND THAT PORI'ION OF THE PUBLIC HF.ARING WAS CLOSED. 2.A ZCNE CLASSIFICATION CHANGE RroUFST OF SFR (SINGLE FAMILYRESIDENTIAL) TO CSC (CCMMUNITY SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT) FOR 0 .1664 ACRES (7,248 SQ. Fr.) OF LAND IOCATED AT FM 2351 ANDBLACKHAWK. CHAIRMAN BAKER ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYONE WHO WISHED TO SPF.AI< IN OPPOSITION TO THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION CHANGE RroUEST. THERE WERE THREE CITIZENS WHO HAD OBJECI'ION 'IO THE IID,)UEST, ONE OF WHCT-1 ASKED IF A TRAFFIC SURVEY HAD BEEN Ca.1PLEI'ED. MAYOR SCHRADER REPLIED THAT A TRAFFIC SURVEY HAD BEEN rxl'JE; HCMEVER, THE RESULTS HAD NOT BEEN SUPPLIED TO THE CCM,1ISSION OR TO THE CITY COUNCIL. MR. SANDBIG, REPRESENI'ATIVE OF THE PROPERTY CMNER, PRESENTED A SITE PLAN OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT. MAYOR SCHRADER RroUESTED THAT CHAIRMAN BAKER EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURES THAT WOUID BE FOI.I.avED BEFORE THE CCMMISSION MADE REXXMw1ENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL.
