T.Spears -ChairmmD.HoltH.RawleyJ.TarrR.WetzelR.Wicklander With a quorum present and R. Phillips absent the following business was transacted. R. J. Blanken was also present. AL 0 1 FARRELL -AMENLMENT TO ORIGINAL PIAT Mr. O'Farrell requested an amendment to the original plat in order to obtain a 10 1 side setback for a home cons tructed with a 7'1" setback in error. MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: (H. Rawley) to grant the request for amendment to original plat Lot 17 and Lot 18, Block 1, Section 3 (R. Wetzel) Unanimous FOR MOTION CARRIED DICK.ARNDT -SUBDIVISION BY RAQUET CWB Mr. Arndt came for discussion on developing a subdivision into 2½ acre lots with septic tanks. Chairman informed him the corrunission cannot approve subdivisions with septic tanks. MR. GREEN -CLFAR CREEK PARK Mr. Green presented overlay transparent maps with the additions and correct­ions of the city. Mr. Green also had plans depicting Blackhawk road extending through the park. March 1, 1979 Corrmission expressed there should be a better solution than what the plans show and was concerned with the line. Line was close to some homes, etc. Also, would like for the county engineer to see who is financing and impleminting on the east side of the road. Mr. Green will convey comments to engineer and get back with commission. NOTES: Commissioners read the Interoffice Communication from City Manager regarding: A proposed unnamed subdivision lying wi�hin the limits of both Pearland and Friendswood. Comments: No reason to cut our standards and stick to our 11,600 sq. ft. minimum lot size. Corrmissioners also read Interoffice Communication from City Manager regarding: Proposed Townhouse project nea r the entrance to Dunbar Estate Subdivision and Memorandum from City Secretary regarding: Procedure for Rezoning Process. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of a regular meeting of February 15, 1979 were read and approved as corrected. MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: Meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m. 3 -/�-2:lApproved (H.
