MINlJI'ES OF A REGULAR MEETING
FRIENDSWOOD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
May 17, 1979
The Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commission met in a regular meeting on Thursday May 17, 1979 at 7:30 p.rn. in the City Hall with the foll™ing members present.

With a quorum present and R. Phillips, H. Rawl ey absent the following business was transacted. Mr. Glen Cress, Tom lay and Vickie Black were present.
KENT SULLIVAN
Mr. Sullivan can1e before the commission requesting permission to build a 2,000 sq. ft. storage building at 408 Melody lane.
Mr. Sullivan needs this building for his horse trailer, large boat, Utility trailer, etc.
The Chairman informed Mr. Sullivan the Commission has no objection, but wanted it understood that the building could never be used for Corrunercial Use. And the setback would have to be changed according to the Friendswood Zoning ordinance No. 291. Rear setback will have to be 25' and the sides 10'
Mr. Sullivan agreed to change setbacks accordingly and confirmed he wanted the building for personal use only.
REPlAT SUNPARK ESTATES
Mr. Bill Murphy presented plans on Sunpark Estates for replat, with 5 ITDre lots than the original plat.
The plans show 40 1 setback on Sunset. The Chairman requested a 50 1 setback on Sunset.
Approval for replat for Sunpark Estates with 5 additional Lots.

Chairrran will sign Milar after it shows 50 1 setback on Sunset.

Minutes of a regular meeti ng of May 3, 1979 were read and approved as corrected.

Mr, Robert presented plans for replat on Eagles Point Subdivision, C.P.S. needed additional easements. The only difference from the original plans were the easements requested by C.P.S.

Regency Estates -Ken fu.llard requested Regency Estates be table June 7, 1979.
Glen Cress will be sworn in at a later date by Mayor R. Lowe and will be a member of the Friendswood Planning and Zoning Co mmission.
