MINUTES OF A RffiUlAR MEETING
FRIENDSW)OD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
April 19, 1979
The Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commission met in a regular meeting on Thursday April 19, 1979 at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall with the following members present.
T.Spears -ChairrranR.Wicklander -Vice ChairmanD.HoltR.Wetzel
With a quorum present and R. Phillips, H. Rawley absent the following business was transacted.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of a Regular Meeting of April 5, 1979 were read and approved as corrected,

Mr. French, Jr. came to discuss the development of 60 acres near Clearcreek, regarding a subdivision.
Mr. French wanted inforrration on utilities and what is expected of the developer. He was interested in the Nut Shell Sewage Treabnent and wanted rrore inforrration, the Chairrran informed Mr. French that he would call him and give this inforrration to him and the Commission would work with him the best they can.
Metting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
