FRIENDSWOOD PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
September 17, 1981
The Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commission met in a regular meeting on Thursday September 17, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall with the following members present:
R. Wetzel -ChairmanB.GlinesL.BrownG.CressC.Beggs
With a quorum present and R. Atches·on absent the following items of business were considered:
RECREATIONAL FACILITY 1408 S. FRIENDSWOOD DRIVE
Mr. Homer C. Tutton of Tutton Enterprises was not present at the meeting. However, the Commission reviewed his letter and verified the property at 1408 S. Friendswood Drive is zoned C-1, which would be appropriate for his intended usage. They did wish to review the parking facilities. Mr. Tutton is to be notified that his desired usage is in compliance with the zoning or dinance.
ROBERT GRAHAM -FOREST BEND APARTMENTS (revision)
Mr. Graham came before the Commission with a �lat of the Forest Bend anartments� which has been revised allowing for a recreational facilitv and two additional anartments to be built over them. This will make the density 18.74.
MOTION: (Beggs) to approve the revised plans for the Forest Bend Apartments. Second: Glines Vote: FOR Wetzel ABSTAINED Cress Glines Brown Beggs MOTION CARRIED
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION: (Brown) to approve the minutes of the September 3, 1981 meeting as read. Second: Glines Vote: UNANIMOUS FOR MOTION CARRIED
A motion was made for adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m. �Ji
