MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FRIENDSWOOD
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSI ON
March 4,1 982
The Frien dsw ood Planning and Zoning Commission met in a Regular meeting on Thursday, March 4,1982, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. The fo llowing Commissioners were present.

With a quorm present, and with Richard Atcheson and Billy Glines absent, the following business was transa cted:
SHANNA LOWE -DED ICA TION OF A ROAD
Shana was advised to follow Ordinance 79/3 Alternate Method of Plat Submission for a 5 lot or less and return to the next regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
WILLIAM A. STUART -REZONING REQUEST F.M. 2351
Mr. Stuart has 1.4 acres now zoned R-1. He has auyer if the property can be rezoned to C-3 or C-1 to build a Veterinary Clinic. Commission is to verify the use of C-3.
DR. DAWSON -TED BOGREN -PRE APP OF PRE LIMINARY PLA T
Mr. Bogren presented a preliminary plat of 13 1 acres 41 lots zoned R-1. Each lot is 2 1/2 acres or more open ditch and concrete streets located off of F.M. 528. At this time the subdivision has not been na med. Mr. Bogren is to return to the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting with the preliminary plat.

Mr. Bogren presented a final plat of Greenbriar Section V 4 lots. Commission requested he return to the next Commission meeting on March 18, 1982, sh owing easements.
