MEMO
SUBJECT: Greenbriar Subdivision, Section V
E. E. Shumilak, FROM:
cc:
CCDD Consulting Engineer
The Greenbriar Subdivision, Section V consists of approximately 11.88± acres divided into five irregularly shaped lots ranging in size from 1,3 acres to 3.6 acres.
Based on the size requirements for houses as stated in the
deed restrictions--driveways and patio areas--approximately
2.4% of the land area will be improved with impervious material.
During preparation of the building pads and leveling of the property, the engineer specified contours for the grading that provided additional area at reduced slope to prevent
an increase in the run-off rate when buildings have been
completed.
