MINUTES OF A REGU LAR MEETING OF THE FRI ENDSWOOD
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMIS SION
May 20, 1982
The Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commission met in a Regular Meeting on Thursday May 20, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. in the Coun cil Chambers of City Hall. The following Commissioners were present.

With a quorum pres ent, and with Tom Sheeran absent, the following business was transacted.
READING AND APPROVAL O� MINUTES
Minutes of a Regular meeting of May 6, 1982 approved as read.
HOLQUIN ADDITION
Mr. Wyatt presented a list of items from the City Engineer, to be comple ted on his 5 lot subdivision. He told the Commiss ion he wou ld return to the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Commission also ad vised him to go beore the Drainage District befo:oe he returned to the Commission.
DUNBAR
Commission discussed Mr. Ragsdale's tr act of land off F.M. 518.Mr. Cress spoke to the City Attorney and the 13acres would be considered as two tracts and thereforewould not be in compliance wit h Friendswood zoningregulations.
A Committee consisting of Bob Wicklander, Glen Cress, Charles Hooks, and Larry Bell will be reviewing the Subdivision Ordin ance number 210 and would like input from the Plann ing and Zoning Commission before June 1, 1982.
