MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FRIENDSWOO D
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISS+ON
November 17, 1983
A Regul ar Meeting of the Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commissi on was held at the City Hall on Thursday, November 17, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. with the following members present.

Mayor Lowe Councilman Wi cklander Councilman Branha m Councilman Newman Councilman Jordan Councilman Brown
With a quorum present and with none absent, the following business was transacted ..
MHB -ETS PROPERTY
Mayor Lowe addressed the Planning and Zoning, Council and audience. He invited everyone to the final reading completing the·annexation of Wedgewood, Monday, November Zl, 1983.
Mr. Cress advised the MHB developers plats had been distributed to the Pol·ice, · Fire and City Engineer for their input, but at this time no information has been received. Planning and ZoningCommission told MHB they needed ·the preliminary plat to' sh ow the building layout which would also need to be distributed to the Fire, Police and City Engineer.

MHB gave the Commission copies of letters acknowledging they have met with the Clear Creek Independe�t School District and the Mischer Corporation in regards to the possibi lity of extending Brentwood Drive from Blackhawk through the Baywood Apartment Project connect ing the school district site and .exiting on F.M. 2351. The school district told MHB they would be receptive to further discussion on this matter but it would necessitate school board approval.
FALCON .RIDGE ·-FINAL -PHASE T
A final plat of Falcon.Ridge was presented to the Commission. The first phase will be 60 acres consisting of 134 lots. The developers were advised sidewalks and a 1� reserve ·at the end of Middlecreek were ne�ded. Copies to ·be forwarded to the
·Fire Depart ment and the Police Dep artment for their iryput.
ONYX CORPORATION
Mr. Webb addressed the Planning and Zoning Commission on 8 1/2 acres located next to the Methodist Church. The are c9nsidering a rezoning request to R-5. The land is presently zoned R-3.
TRINITY ESTATES
David O'Farrell, who is developing 4 lots on Whispering Pines and Deepwood still needs the signatures of the Clear Creek Drainage District and City Engineer before his final plat· approval.
PRE APP -OFFICE PARK F.M. 518 1.041 ACRES
Mr. Rives presented a drawing of an office condo park to be located on F.M. 518. The building is to consist of 10,991 square _feet divided into five offices.
