A Special Meeting of the Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commission wa s.he ld at the City Hall on Thursd ay, February 10, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. wit h the fo llowing members present.

With a quo rum present, and with Billy Glines absent, the follo wing business was transacted.
Mayor Lowe visit ed the Planning and Zoning Commission. He discussed the replacement of Tom Sheeran who ha s resigned.
ZONING ORD INANCE
The Commission went over the out line as draft ed by Commissioner Miller. They fee l there is not enough clarification from zone to zone in our present zoning ordinance. At their next regular meeting they will st art on the est ablishment of districts.
The meeting was adjourned.
