Chairman Ralph Miller told the audience they could address the Planning and Zoning Commission but no action could be taken without a quorum.
MURPHY LANE
Mr. Simpson owns 2.8 acres and would like to subdivide his acreage for the purpose of sale to Mr. and Mrs. Simmons. The property is located on Murphy Lane which is an unimproved road. The Commission advised the owner in order to subdivide, the road must be brought up to City specifications.
EXXON SERVICE STATION -F.M. 518 and F.M. 528
Plans for an Exxon service station to be located on the corner of F.M. 518 and F.M. 528 were presented to the Planning and Zoning Commis.sion for review. They are to return to the next meeting with lan dscaping plans.

EXXON -REZONING REQUEST
Exxon is requesting the rezoning of a 5 acre tract for a surface site around Richard Haden Wells numbers 21 and 22 and a 30' wide unobstructed multi-purpose easement. The request is from R-1 to Specific Use with the locations being off F.M. 2351.
2 LOTS -SUNSET AND WINDSOR
Mr. Powers owns 2 lots on Sunset and Windsor, one being a corner lot which is vacant, the other where his house is located. He would like to replat by adding 10' of the corner lot to the lot where his house is built. The Commission advised him he would need a survey replating the property to be fi led with the County.
DMK HANNOVER
A proposal for development of 321 acres located on F.M. 528 and Bay Area Blvd. in Harris County was presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission for consideration. The following is a breakdown of the types of development that is proposed.
Retail 43.006 acres Multi-family 177.066 acres Office ]9.801 acres
The development would require rezoning of the entire 321 acres. They requested to be on the agenda for the next regular meeting of the Planning an d Zoning Commission October 18, 1984.
The meeting was adjourned.
