The property is presently owned by Ray and Emma Murphy. The tract is 42 acres and the gentlemen presently hold an option to purchase 27 acres, with the remainder held by David Arcemant, Jr. Trustee subject to financial arrangements. The property is zoned SFR and the buyers are considering either Specific Use or CSC classification change request. The gentlemen were advised the request for zone classification change must be signed by the property owners. If the 27 acres is the only portion requested for a zone classification change, any expansion of the project beyond the 27 acres would require a zone classification change procedure.
