Zoning Commission and have been assured that the property is zoned
properly for this type of business.
We would like a letter for our records, before we undertake the
the expense involved in such a move which states the City's position.
Thank you for your consideration.
Albritton Trucking -
Mickey Albritton addressed the Commission concerning the possible
relocation of Albritton Trucking. He told the group they have a
stock yard and trucking company where they stock landscaping and
road materials. The present location of the business is being sold
(905 South Friendswood Drive). The property they own located at
103 Willowick is presently zoned OBD AND MFR-L. In order to relocate
the business the MFR-L would require a zone change. Section 7-P,
permitted use table (52) the Commission feels would permit the
relocation of this business in the OBD District. Mickey Albritton
discussed with the Commission the procedures for a zone classification
change request as required by the zoning ordinance.
The meeting was adjourned.
