According to the landscaping requirements in the zoning ordinance,
the 3 large trees (2 Catalpa and 1 Oak) located on the tract need
to be preserved. The Architect told Mr. Hengst if they save all
3 trees it would block the entire front of the structure. They
would like to negotiate by taking out the 2 Catalpa and replace them
with 2 other fairly large trees in other areas on the tract. The
Commission suggested to Mr. Hengst perhaps they could place 2
4" diameter box grown trees elsewhere on the tract.
