l'llINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING FRIENDSWOOD PLANNING AND ZONING CCMMISSION SEPrEMBER 21, 1989 7:00 P.M.
The Friendswocd Planning and Zoning Ccmnission held a regular meeting on Thursday, September 21, 1989, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The following members were present constituting a quorum.
McHugh -Vice Chairman Wasson Hansen Cress
Ruth Henry -Secretary
With a quorum present, Chainnan Baker, Wymer and Holzschuh absent thefollowing items were considered. )
IXX:KETID PUBLIC HEARING
Vice Chairman McHugh called the public hearing to order to receive public input both oral and written on a zone classification change request on the following: MFR-L TO SFR located at 210 Sunnyview <16, 875 sq. ft -Portion of lot 1, Block 4) James Lea of 205 Sunnyview requested to address the Crnrnission in favor of the request for a zone classification change.
No one spoke in opposition.
The public hearing was recessed.
Vice Chainnan Mc Hugh called the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Canmission to order.
CONSIDERATION Ji.ND POSSIBLE REX:X:MMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL ON A REQUEST FOR A ZONE CLASSIFICATION CHANGE FROM MFR-L TO SFR -210 SUNNYVIEW
MOTION: (HANSEN) To recamiendation to City Council approval of the request of a zone classification change of MFR-L to SFR -210 Sunnyview. SEXDND: (CRESS) VOI'E: FOR UNANIM)US OPPOSED: NONE MOTION CARRIED.
A memo to be forwarded to City Council on the above recacmendation.

CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE REx:CMMENDATIO� PF.GARDING THE MAJOR THOROUGHFARE PIAN
The COllll1ission reviewed the Major Thoroughfare Plan for previously reccmnended changes to be made by the City Engineer.
MOTIOO:(CRFSS) To recarrnend to City Council adoption of the Major Thoroughfare Plan Map as presented by the City Engineer.
SECOND: (HANSEN)
VOIB: FOR UNANIMOUS OPPOSED: NONE MarION CARRIED
PRE-APP POLLY RANCH 2404 PINE (400' x 150') 2 I.arS
Mr. Hebert addressed the Carmission saying he a.-ms a 400'x 150' lot in Polly Ranch Estates and is proposing to subdivide the lot into two lots. The Carrnission told Mr. Hebert since the lot affronts an approved City Street with utilities available the Alternate Method of Plat Sul::rnission (5 lots or less) can be folla.-,ed. The Carmission went on to say he would need to refer to the Polly Panch Deed Restrictions to be sure subdividing an existing lot is not in violation of the deed restrictions.
The meeting was adjourned.
