MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FRIENDSWOOD
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
July 21, 1988
The Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commission held a regular meeting on Thursday, July 21, 1988, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The following Commissioners were present.

With a quorum present and Ballard absent, the following business was transacted.
RUSTIC ACRES -FINAL PLAT
July 6, 1988 -CCDD Memo
Please be advised the Clear Creek Drainage District has given final approval of Rustic Acres Subdivision.
City Engineer, Duane Hentst told the Commission he to approved the proposed Rustic Ares Subdivision. addressed the Commission regarding a· list of items ordinance not shown on the Mylar. Since the Mylar June 6, 1988, the following motion was made.

MOTION: (TODD) To grant approval subject to the City Engineers list 6f items ·required by ordinance bei11g •.included on the mylar. The Chairman not to sign the mylar Uutil the Engineers check list is completed and the mylar signed by the City Engineer. SECOND:(HOLZSCHUH) VOTE: UNA NIMOUS FOR MOTION CARRIED

FALLIN GLEAF -7. 7 AC RES -PRE APP -(OLD VESTER PROPERTY)
Mrs. Calk addressed the Commission regarding a 7.7 acre tract located on Fall ingleaf. The Calk's are considering purcha sing and subdividing the tract into 4 lots. The tract at present has one home and one garage storage building. They would like to place a cul-de-sac entrance of approximately 300' for ingress-egress for the 4 lots. The Commission has no problems with the concept as long as they meet the requir ements of City Ord inances and do not violate the deed restrictions.
ZONE CLASSIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST (Old Whitmire Property-next to Hut Mobile Park)

Location: F.M. 2351 Lot 2 Block 1 -4.62 Acres ( 330.0' x 610.0')
Mr. Clark addressed the Commission regarding a request for a zone classification change on the above 4.62 acres. Mr. Clark proposes to relocate his office and warehouse in Friendswood. Mr. Clark told the Commission he does warehousing, inventory, repairs, maintenance, rental and sales of oil tool equipment. Mr. Clark wen t on to say he does not do manuf acturing of any kind.
The public hearing was called for August 15, 1988.
The meeting was adjourned.
