Dear Sirs:
Due to an error in plans examining by the Building
Department and myself, side setbacks on a house
being built on lot 10 block 5 of Glenshannon
Subdivision was overlooked. The City Council has
granted an encroachment onto a city utility
easement. Therefore, I am asking that the Board
grant a side setback variance of 4116".
Any side setback requirement on lot 9 will be at
the Boards discretion.
Sincerely,
C ( &K
