(N6TE: Items 2 and 3 may be available in City files) FEE PAID DATE Or REQUEST / 00 SIGNED � li7.0 MINUTES OF A MEETING FRIENDSWOOD BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS March 10, 1981 The Friendswood Board of Adjustments met in a meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 1981 at 7:00 p.m. in the Public Works building. The following members were present: B. Foster - Chairman H. Taylor W. Dykes J. Tennison With a quorum present, the following items of business were considered. The Chairman appointed Joe Tennison a regular member for the meeting. MR. HACKNEY - Denial of building permit Mr. Hackney ownes 10 acres in the oil fields. He was denied a building permit due to the size of the storage building and there not being a residence on the property which is zoned R-1. The building would be 4,200 square feet -_-_ in size. Mr. Hackney stated in the future he may build a home on the property, but for now he needed the building to house horses and the storage of tractors, hay, cars and equipment for farming field crops. The Board determined the principal use of the property to be agriculture and the building would be an accessory building to the use. MOTION: (Taylor) to grant the storage building on Coffman Subdivision. Second: Dykes Vote: UNANIMOUS FOR the building permit for lot 17 of the E. Hoidale MOTION CARRIED The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
