To Whom It May Concern:
This letter isto voice our support for allowing Mr. John McNeely, 404 Colonial Drive,
Friendswood, Texas,to complete construction of the simple 8 foot roofed extension
to the garage at the rear of his property. The extension covers the existing concrete
pad used for boat storage and will enhance the appearance of the property. This
addition is a minimal structure. supported by the garage facia and posts integral to
the side fence. It is guttered to prevent water runoff onto the adjacent property.
The construction technique appears sturdy and when completed and painted will
blend well with the surroundings. We see nothing aboutthis simple structure that
should concern anyone, and we urge the city to allow its completion.
