CHAIRMAN BAKER OPENED THE MEETJNG OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING CC1-1MISSION AND ASKED IF THERE WAS P.NY COMMUNICATION FRCM THE PUBLIC REGARDING AN ITEM WHICH WAS IDl' ON THE AGENDA. Wl'l'H NO PUBLIC (XM,IDNICATION, CHAIRMAN BAKER MOVED 'ID THE FIRST ITEM ON THE AGENDA. 1.CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING THE FINAL REPLAT OFPOLLY OAKS-GARTRELL. THIS ITEM WAS NCYI' RF.ADY AND WAS PULLED FRCM THE AGENDA. 2.CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REC-ARDING THE FINAL PLAT OFFALCON RIDGE SECTION III -31.9795 ACRES OUT OF THE SARAHMcKISSICK LEAGUE (J.R. WILLIAMS), ABSTRACT 1'D. 151 BEING 6 BLOCKS,82 LCYI'S - BOGREN TED BOGREN ADDRESSED THE COM'-ITSSION STATING THAT THE CITY STAFF HAD EVERYTHING REQUIRED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MYLARS WHICH WERE AT THE CLEAR CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT. CCM1ISSIONER COLBURN .MADE A MOTION THAT THE FINAL PLAT OF FALCON RIDGE SECTION III BE APPROVED. SECOND: RODGERS VOI'E FOR: COLBURN, RODGERS, FINGER, BAKER OPPOSED: WASSON MOTION CARRIED. 3.REQUFST FOR ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF CSC (CCMMUNITY SHOPPING CENTERDISTRICT) 'ID SPECIFIC USE NURSING Ha.1E FOR 4.5660 ACRES OF LANDOUT OF THE CG1MERCIAL RESERVE (CALLED 7.7763 ACRES) OF REGENCYESTATES, SECTION II. -JONES MR.
