FINGER OPENED THE MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING 'ID CONSIDER THE FOLLCMING: 1.rx:x::::KRI'ED JOINT PUBLIC HEARING 'ID RECEIVE PUBLIC INPUT, Bal'H ORAL AND WRITI'EN RmARDING: A.AMENDMENT 'ID THE ZONING ORDINANCE, PARAGRAPH 2 OF PART O OF SECTION 7, GARDEN HCME DISTRICT FRa-1 A 15' MINIMUM FRONT YARD REQUIREMENT 'ID A 5' MINIMUM FRONT YARD REQUIREMENT. B.AMENDMENT 'ID THE ZONING ORDINANCE, PARAGRAPH 2 OF PARI' 0 OF SECTION 7, GARDEN HCME DISTRICT FRCM A 5 1 MINIMUM SIDE YARD FOR INTERIOR rm. AUG1ENTED BY A NEW PARAGRAPH F IN THE KEY OF THE TABLE 'ID INDICATE THAT THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM OF 5' BETWEEN BUILDINGS IN THE MFR-GI-ID. CITY ENGINEER THQ.\1PSON INTRODUCED DAVID HOOVER, THE NEW CITY PLANNER. THa.1PSON THEN EXPLAINED THE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS 'ID THE ZONING ORDINANCE THAT WERE 'ID BE CONSIDERED BY THE CCM-1ISSION AND CITY COUNCIL. CCM-ITSSIONER FINGER ASKED IF THERE WAS PUBLIC CCMMENT, EITHER FOR OR AGAINST THE AMENLMENTS 'ID THE ZONING ORDINANCE. WITH NO PUBLIC CCMMEN'I', THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. 2.CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE RECa,1MENDATION RmARDING THE FOLLCM.ING: A.AMENDMENT 'ID THE ZONING ORDINANCE, PARAGRAPH 2 OF PART O OF SECTION 7, GARDEN HCME DISTRICT FRCM A 15' MINIMUM FRONT YARD REQUIREMENT 'ID A 5' MINIMUM FRONT YARD REQUIREMENT.
