THE BACK PORTION OF THE PROPERTY IS ZONED LIGHT INDUSTRIAL IN

HOWEVER, IS ZONED CSC AND THIS REQUIRES A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT.
THERE WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 479 UNITS, MOST OF WHICH WILL BE
CLIMATE CONTROLLED. THE FRONT GATES WILL BE WROUGHT IRON BUT
THE REMAINDER WILL BE CHAIN LINK.
MR. LAREY WAS ASKED IF HE HAD CONSIDERED USING THE DRIVE AND
PARKING FOR DETENTION RATHER THAN INCORPORATING A DETENTION
POND. MR. LAREY EXPLAINED BECAUSE OF THE ADA REQUIREMENTS,
THERE WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH SLOPE.
COUNCILMEMBER LOWE ASKED IF THE EXISTING BUSINESS OWNERS
WOULD BE PERMITTED TO OPERATE IF THE SPECIFIC USE PERMIT WAS
GRANTED. CITY ATTORNEY OLSON EXPLAINED THAT THE ZONE
CLASSIFICATION WOULD NOT CHANGE. THE EXISTING ESTABLISHMENTS
WERE PERMITTED UNDER THE CSC ZONE CLASSIFICATION. THE

IN THE CSC ZONE. THERE WERE NO OTHER COMMENTS AND THE PUBLIC
