BRINKMAN, SECRETARY ------- I January 8, 1996 City of Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commission 910 s. Friendswood Dr. Friendswood, Texas 77546 Dear Commission Members, Thank you for your correspondence regarding the proposed zoning change request for the property at 2001 s. Friendswood Dr. I would like to note for the record that I as a property owner am opposed to the requested zoning change from single family residential to neighborhood commercial . This proposed change would not only destroy a beautiful piece of wooded creek frontage, but would also cause an undesirable increase in the traffic and noise levels in the area. Therefore, I feel that the best possible use for the property is single family residential. [ ; Thank you for the opportunity to address this issue. Sincerely, l l George P. Anderson 2000 s.
