Dear Commission Members,
Thank you for your correspondence regarding the proposed zoning change request for the property at 2001 s. Friendswood Dr. I would like to note for the record that I as a property owner am opposed to the requested zoning change from single family residential to neighborhood commercial . This proposed change would not only destroy a beautiful piece of wooded creek frontage, but would also cause an undesirable increase in the traffic and noise levels in the area. Therefore, I feel that the best possible use for the property is single family residential.

Thank you for the opportunity to address this issue.
Sincerely,
