MR. MAGID PROPOSED A CHANGE TO HIS SITE PLAN BY ADJUSTING THE
DRIVEWAY. HE ASKED IF HE COULD LIVE IN THE GARAGE AND BUILD THE
STRUCTURE AT A IJ\TER DATE. THE CCMMISSION AGREED TIJAT THIS WOULD
CONSTITlYI'E A GARAGE APAR'IMENT AND WOUID NC/I' BE PERMI'ITED. ANY
CHANGE '1.D 'I'HE SITE PLAN WOULD REQUIRE A SITE PLAN APPROVAL AND
POSSIBLY A PUBLIC HEARING. MR. MAGID WILL CONF'ER WITH STAFF IF
