MAGID WANI'S TO DISCUSS '!'HE 25' BUILDING LINE REQUIRED IN A PUD. MR. MAGID PROPOSED A CHANGE TO HIS SITE PLAN BY ADJUSTING THE DRIVEWAY. HE ASKED IF HE COULD LIVE IN THE GARAGE AND BUILD THE STRUCTURE AT A IJ\TER DATE. THE CCMMISSION AGREED TIJAT THIS WOULD CONSTITlYI'E A GARAGE APAR'IMENT AND WOUID NC/I' BE PERMI'ITED.
