PHASING LINES. THE DEVELOPER HAS PROPOSED A SECOND ENTRANCE IN'IO
'!'HE SUBDIVISION DURING PHASE II. BY REDRAWING THE PHASING LINES,
'IWO EN'I'RANCES WOULD BE ACCOMPLISHED IN PHASE ONE AND THERE WOULD
NO LONGER BE DEAD END STRENI'S. IF THE PHASING IS OONE AS
PROPOSED, THE ORDINANCE CALLS FOR TEMPORARY TURN AROUNDS TO BE
