CITING DECREASE IN PROPERTY VALUES , NAlffia,.J STREETS, SAFETY AND
Flll'URE DEVELOPMENT AS REASONS FOR THEIR OPPOSITION. A PETITION OF
25 SIG'NA'IURE ALSO WAS PRESENTED IN OPPOSITION 'IO THE ZONE Cfl.ANGE
REQUEST. WITH NO FURTHER CCMMENT, THE CCMMISSION CI.OSED 'fi!IS
