AL LENTZ OF LENTZ ENGINEERING PRESENTED THE FINAL PLAT WHICH OOES HAVE THE REQUIRED N<YI'ATION. CCM1ISSIONER FINGER MADE A IDI'ION THAT THE FINAL PI.AT BE APPROVED WITH THE N<YI'E ADDED: ACCESS TO THE ADJOINING TRACT MAY BE REQUIRED IF THERE IS A ca'lPATIBLE USE. SECOND: McHUGH varE FOR: UNANIMOUS OPPOSED: NONE M0rION CARRIED 3.CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE RECCM1ENDATION REGARDING THE FINAL SITE PLAN OF ZAPPE MED (FM 528 ADJACENT TO PARKvKX)D BUSINESS CENTER). CHAIR!-1.AN BAKER EXPRESSED HIS CONCERN THERE WOULD Nar BE filK)UGH ROCM FOR A FIRE TRUCK TO TURN AROUND SHOULD THERE BE A NEED. DISCUSSION FOLLa-IBD REGARDING THE SITE PLAN AND CCT-'.MISSIONER WHITI'ENBURG MADE A MOTION 'l'O RECCM1END APPROVAL. SECOND: McHUGH VOTE FOR: WHITTENBURG, McHUGH, WASSON, DICKSON, CRESS, FINGER OPPOSED: BAKER M:Yl'ION CARRIED. 4.PRE-APP FOR SCHULTZ CENTER (ADJACENT TO DICK DAUGIRD' S LIGHT HOUSE). THE PRE-APP IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECONFIGURING THE PARKING AREA. THERE WILL BE A NOTE THAT ACCESS WIIJ, BE AVAILABLE TO ALL THREE LCYI'S. THE COMMISSION HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE PRE-APP. 5.PRE-APP FOR IRISH GREEN G-2 SITE PLAN (ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING IRISH GREEN & PARI<v-.'OOD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION) • THE CCM1ISSION REVIEWED THE SITE PLAN AND THE PROPOSED USE, WHICH WILL BE MEDICAL IN NATURE. CHAIRMAN BAI<ER MADE THE COMMENT THAT ALL OF THE STRUCTURES SHOULD LINE UP WITH ONE ANOI'HER AND Ca-1MISSIONER CRESS ADDED THAT THERE SHOUID BE MORE LANDSCAPING. THERE WERE NO FUR'I'HER CCM1ENTS REGARDING THE PRE-APP. 6.MINUTES FOR APPROVAL -11/17/94 APPROVED AS READ. 7.Ca.1MUNICATIONS FRC11: A.STAFF -CITY PLANNER HOOVER STATED HE WOULD LIKE 'I'O BEGIN USING A SLIDE PRQJECTOR WHEN THE NEW CITY HA1J., IS ca-1PLEI'ED.HE STATED THAT THIS WILL BE A USEFUL TOOL WHEN COMPARING A SUBJECT PROPERTY TO THE ADJACENT SURROUNDING AREA. B.CQ.'1MISSIONERS1.SIDEWALK POLICY AT A PREVIOUS MEETING, A QUESTION HAD BEEN DIRECTED AT MS. DICKEY REGARDING THE COUNCIL'S STAND ON SIDEWALKS ON MAJOR THOROUGHFARES OR WHERE THERE IS Nar AN EASEMENT. MS.
