B. A ZONE CLASSIFICATION CH.A.NGE REQUEST FRCM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (SFR) 'IO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) FOR PROPERTY I.OCATED AT 313 E. EDGEWOOD DRIVE. VERONICA SCOULIOS ADDRESSED THE COOMISSION REGARDING THE PROPERTY I.OCATED AT 313 E. EDGEWCOD. SHE IS THE CWNER OF THE PROPERTY; Ha-IBVER, RESIDES ON COOARDS CREEK DRIVE. SHE EXPLAINED THAT EACH Im HAS 75' FRONTAGE ON FM 2351. SHE EXPLAINED THAT THE PROPERTY HAD BEEN USED AS RENTAL PROPERTY AND THAT THEY HAD BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL IN THEIR ATr™Pl' 'IO SEU, THE PROPERTY AS SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. THERE HAD BEEN AN EXPRESSED INTEREST IF THE PROPERTY COULD BE USED CCM1ERCIALLY. MRS. SCOULIOS EXPLAINED THAT THE PUD ZONE CLASSIFICATION APPEARED TO BE THE MOST APPROPRIATE FOR THE AREA. MR. BILL LANGO OF 106 ROYAL COURT DREW A PICI'URE ON THE CHALKBOARD. THE PICTURE INDICATED HIS HCME IN RELATION 'IO THE SCOULIOS PROPERTY. HE STATED HIS CONCERN REGARDING THE PUD CLASSIFICATION. THERE WERE NO Ol'HF.R Ca.1MENTS, EITHER FOR OR AGAINST THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST. REQUEST FOR A SPOCIFIC USE PERMIT (SP MEDICAL) FOR PROPERTY ZONED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) LCD\TED AT 307 E. EDGEWOOD. RICHARD AINSLIE, ARCHITECT REPRESENTING DR. MUECKE, PRESENTED THE DRAWINGS OF THE RENOVATED HCME AND LANDSCAPING PLAN. THE OFFICE WILL HAVE A RESIDENTIAL FLAIR AND ANY FUTURE PARKING WILL BE TO THE REAR OF THE HOUSE. QUF.STIONS AROSE REGARDING TRASH PICKUP AND IF A TRASH BIN OR LARGE TRASH PICKUP WOUID BE RB;:!UIRED. CCMMISSIONER CRESS STATED THAT THE CITY DID NOT REQUIRE TRASH BINS AND IF THE SITE PLAN WERE CHANGED TO ACCCl10DATE A TRASH BIN, THERE WOULD HAVE 'IO BE ANOTHER SITE PLAN APPROVED.
