Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas. B.A Zone Classification Change Request from Single Family Residential (SFR) to Multi-Family Residential Garden Home District (MFR-GHD) for Property Located at Fm 528 and Bay Area Boulevard, 19.418 Acres, a Portion of Tract 2, Proposed Autumn Creek Development (Bay Park Properties), Harris County, Texas. C.A Zone Classification Change Request from Office Park District (OPD) to Multi­ Family Residential Garden Home District (MFR-GHD) for Property Located at Fm 528 and Bay Area Boulevard, 54.341 Acres, a Portion of Tract 2, Proposed Autumn Creek Development (Bay Park Properties), Harris County, Texas. Chair Finger reviewed the rules of a public hearing. Mr. John Hammond of Friendswood Development Company explained the proposed plans for the zone change requests.
