DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by the GRANTEE herein
named, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and confessed, has
GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and by these presents does GRANT,

municipal corporation located in Harris and Galveston Counties, Texas, its successors and assigns

Galveston County, Texas, as shown in Volume 15, Page 1.99 of the Map Records
of Galveston County, Texas, being more particularly described in Exhibit "A,"
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes (the
Property") -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above -described property, together with all and singular
the rs'ghts and appurtenances thereto and in anywise belonging, unto the said GRANTEE, its
successors and assigns forever, in fee simple absolute. GRANTOR does hereby bind its successors
and assigns, to WARRANT and FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the above -described
