S. Home Corporation of Texas , I am requesting the opportunity to appear before the Board of Adjustment to seek a variance from the platted side building set-back line in Dunbar Estates , Section One. Our Design Dept. discovered that the construction of homes on corner lots would be encumbered by the 20' building set-back lines on the original plat. The Developer of Dunbar Estates imposed minimum building size of 1 ,800 square feet for Dunbar Estates. This minimum of square footage on one floor is virtually impossible to obtain unless an additional 10 ' of buildable space is available on corner lots. The following list of locations is requested for building set-back line variances: 20' Front Building Set-Back to 10' Side Set-Back l..k 1=elr--i --2 .
