DON BEETH STATED HE IS TRYING TO GET THE VARIANCE ON THE 4X8 FOOT

DON BEETH DISCUSSED WITH MEMBERS OF THE BOARD THE FACT THAT HE FELT THAT HE HAD BEEN IMPROPERLY DENIED A VARIANCE FROM THE CITY STAFF FOR HIS SIGN. HE STATED THAT IF THE BOARD WERE TO OVERTURN THE RULING OF THE CITY STAFF IN DENYING HIM THE SIGN AND IF THEY WILL NOT OVERTHROW IT, THEN WE WILL TALK ABOUT THE VARIANCES.
**STEVE JOHNSON MADE THE MOTION THAT THAT WE DO NOT OVERTURN THE DENIAL. DR. TOM SULLIVAN SECONDED THE UNANIMOUSLY.
THE STAFF RULED PROPERLY AND
MOTION. MOTION APPROVED

**STEVE JOHNSON MADE THE MOTION TO GRANT THE VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE NEW BUSINESS A TEMPORARY SIGN FROM NOW UNTIL JANUARY 1, 1988. MAURICE ESTLINBAUM SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
