NOTE: Following the meeting of the Friendswood Zoning Board of Adjustment,
on May 23, 1995, there was a review by the City Attorney, Mr. John Olson
and the Board Chairman, Mr. William H. Taylor of the residential districts
regulation matrix and section 7 paragraph Q-3 "Area and Height exceptions".
It was determined that the exceptions did allow the placement of Mr. Tom
McKinney's accessory building so long as it was located not less then 5
feet from any side property line and not less than 10 feet from the rear
property line.
Mr. McKinney has been informed of this decision.
