Chairman_Taylor___asked _Mr.__and_Mr-s.--Hor-tman if concrete-had- - - -- --
been poured. Mr . Hortman stated yes.
City Planner David Hoover stated the Hortman' s were not in
.violation for pouring concrete, and that they had gotten a
permit for the work. Mr. Hoover explained. to the Hortman' s
that the plat on their lot was a replat and the builder of
the subdivision gained an extra lot on Camelot by allowing
the lots to be sold in odd sizes, which explained the
differences in the legal description and the plat.
Chairman Taylor asked Mr. and Mrs . Hortman if they could
use a tarp to cover the boat. Mr. Hortman did not think so
since it would not look nice. Mrs. Hartman explained it
would be expensive buying tarps every 3 to 4 years because
of weather damage.
