Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Zoning Board of
Adjustment of the City of Friendswood which. was held. at City
Hall on March. 23, 1993 with the following members present
constituting: a quorum:.

Chairman. Taylor called the meeting to order. at 7 : 00 P.M.
Chairman Taylor introduced our new alternate members.
Mayor Evelyn Newman gave the. Oath of Office. to Pat St..Cricq,
Gary Yokum and David O'Brien, III, to the committee.
Chairman Taylor. appointed Evelyn. Brennan_ as. a Regular Member
for this meeting.
Chairman Taylor called the Public. Hearing to order to
receive public input regarding. request on seeking variance
with special exception at 513 Point Clear Drive, Lot 48,
Block. 7, Sun. Meadow Subdivision, Section. Two, for 6 '
interior side set. back, Ordinance requires 1.0' side se.t.
back. Zoning. Ordinance 84-15, Section 7, Q. 2.
Discussion followed, with Fritz Franke and contractor Larry
Gallia, explaining the request.
No one opposed the request.

explaining their. request_.
No one opposed the. request.
Chairman. Taylor called. the: Public. Hearing to order: to

Cowards. Creek. Subdivision, for special. exception. to build
structure 38' (Max. 35' ) and structure fits under imaginary
line that is 63 . 5. degrees at the outer edge of the yard.
