Locations Laurel Street, The proposed addition will be 20 ft by 21-l-ft, and vrlll be a 'first grade'. The Planning Commission found the proposed addition conformed to requirements of existing city ordinances, and approved the proposed construction. Comprehensive Planning1 Mr, Harold Barr of Bovay Engineers presented to the City Council, the Planning Commission, and citizens present, the Compresensive Planning Interim Report No. 2, Mr. Barr briefly reviewed the contents of the report, including an explanation of all maps included in the Report, After some quest'ions, the presentation was concluded with a suggestion from the floor that all persons interested the the Comprehensive Planning should next read the complete report. Architectural and Landscape Design Concept Planning, Mr, Tom Grace expla1ned this theme and the several meetings that have been held by interested citizens. Mr, Grace made a motion that Mr, William o.
