MINUTES OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETIN9..t_MARCH 13, 1967
Present: Tom Grace, A. J. Block, W. Boyle, Tony Banfield.
Cecil Brown, Jr. present. He presented a pre-preliminary sketch of Courtland Place, on property located on Spreading Oaks south of Highway 51F.-
The plan meets the sub-division ordinance of the City of Friendswood as presented this date. Motion made by W. Boyle that the prepreliminary plat of Courtland Place meets our ordinances and instructs Cecil Brown, Jr. that he can proceed with the engineering on his preliminary plat. Seconded by Tom Grace, unanimous vote on approval.
Planning Commission recommends that the Utilities Superintendent be permitted to take a lead in the approval of s ub-division plats.
