MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING; DECEMBER 14, 1965 7:30 P.M. at Ci�y Hall,
A meeting of the Friendswood Planning Commission was held December 14, 1965 at 7:30 P,M, in City Hall,
Present were Chairman Tony Banfield; A. J, Block, Jr, and w. -L, Boyle; City Secretary Artha Wright.
Also present were Irving Peabody, Buck Hausman and Berinett Coulson.
11 QUAKER 1 S Lf\NDING 11 Proposed Subdivision.
Irving Peabody, Engineer, presented preliminary plat of a propbsed subdivision to be located on the Harvey tract, Biock 10,· tots pt. of 2 and 3, After discussion w. L. Boyle made a motion, seconded by A, J, Block, that the preliminary plat of proposed subdivision "Quaker's Landing" be accepted as presented; providing that ut:t1:l.ties and drai nage are approved by William c. Walsh, Engineer. Motion carried by unanimous vote. It was suggested that the name might be changed.
ANNALEA SUBDIVISION; Whitehall Section B and Kingspar_!<: Section B.
Buck Hausman and Bennett Coulson presented preliminary plat for Annalea subdivision; Whitehall Secti on B and Kingspark Section B. After discussion, Tony Banfield made a motion, seconded by A, J. Block, Jr. that this preliminary plat be approved since it -does meet the present code; and providing that the utilities and drainage are apprqved by William c. Walsh, Engineer, Motion carried by unanimous vote,
