MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, NOVEMBER 9, 1964
A regular meeting of the Friendswood Planning Commission was held November 9, 1964 at the City Hall.
Present were Tony Banfield, A.J. Block, Dean Saurenman, Gerald Hollis.
Also present were Harry Wagner, Dale Brown, Harry Hatcher, Arden Hill and H.K. Speck.
The flanning Commisssilion explained the proposed Zoning Ordinance progress to date. There was a brief run through reading to pick up corrections that several members had marked on their copies and an explanation and discussion of these corrections.
It was decided to give c.c. Bost individual variance on his building permit for warehouse type structure. His fee in this specific instance (permit #188) will be $1.00 per sq. 1
