Taylor Regular Member David O'Brien, III Regular Member Mary Ellen Bellard Alternate Member Howard Yeager Alternate Member Dave Herbeck Alternate Member Evelyn -Brennan Sign Code Enforcement Officer Linda Taylor Assistant to City Secretary Jane Tollett Chairman Taylor called the meeting to order at 7: 00 p.m. . Chairman Taylor appointed Howard Yeager, Dave Herbeck and Evelyn Brennan as• regular members. Chairman Taylor called the Public Hearing to order to receive public input regarding request from Bruce Moran seeking variance to allow 0 ' side setback ( 5 ' minimum required" and 8 ' rear setback (10' required) for carport and tool storage building partially erected without permit at location of 1103 Middlecreek, Falcon Ridge Subdivision. He stated a letter had been delivered to City Secretary' s . Office today from Michael and Joyce Cragin of 1106 Twin Oaks which stated they were against granting the variance. Mr. Moran presented pictures of the addition to the board and stated he did not realize he needed a permit to build. He stated a hardship was created because of lack of storage space in garage due to his large family. Discussion followed at length between Mr. Moran and the board. At this time, the public hearing was closed. Howard Yeager proposed that the board deny the 5 ' side variance for the carport and to consent to the variance of approximately 213" from the back fence for a tool shed. Discussion followed. - **Mary Ellen Bellard made the motion to deny the 5 ' side variance and agree to the variance of approximately 213" from back fence for tool shed.
