SMITH, WHO REPRESENTED HIS FATHER , STATED THAT HIS PARENTS WERE BUILDING THE CARPORT FOR THEIR MOTORHOME . THERE WAS STABILIZED SHELL ALREADY AT THE LOCATION TO PARK THE VEHICLE ON AND IT HAD BEEN THERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS . BECAUSE THE PROPERTY IS IN THE OLB BUSINESS DISTRICT ( OBD) ONLY THE FRONT SETBACK OF 30 APPLIES AND NOT THE SIDE SETBACK . DISCUSSION FOLLOWED AT LENGTH.
