Allowing construction of 10'x10' covered deck 2. Variance of the 5' setback on southwest side of lot Due to design and construction of the inground pool, we have little choice of location of a small deck area. Decision to construct a small 10'x10' covered deck was decided and located near the pool. The only logical location will encroach upon the setback that lies down the fence line separating the lots. The proposed location places this deck between 3.2 and 4.0 feet from the property line. Conversation with the affected neighbor, Kalyan/Lynn Sehanobish, 2107 South Mission Circle, finds that they no reservations concerning plans. They have gratefully submitted their thoughts and approval in writing. Attached with this is a letter from Kalyan and Lynn Sehanobish with their approval. Also attached is a rough drawing as described as necessary by Linda Taylor, Building Inspector- Code Enforcement Officer of the City of Friendswood. Thank You for your additional support.
