We are aware of the request for variance the Adldssons have made to the Planning and Zoning Board. We have also been informed by the family of their needs and how it affects us, the surrounding homeowners. We lmow the Building Official has proposed a two-story option instead of the plan they have designed. In our view, this option would be more intrusive to us the surrounding homeowners. Discussion followed with Philip and Sarah Adkison explaining their request, and submitting a petition and a letter of approval from the Wedgewood Village Homeowners Association. Hardships: 1.
