HomeMy WebLinkAboutZBOA Decision 10/26/1999-401 Linda Lane Anrialea Civic Association Ron Boyd, President THE ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE OF THE ANNALEA CIVIC ASSOCIATION HAS RECEIVED AND STUDIED THE PLANS FOR ADDITION OF A 2 CAR GARAGE/ WORKSHOP AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATION: Clara Sandel, owner 401 Linda Lane Dear Ms. Sandel: The proposed garage/ workshop addition facing Mary Ann Drive has been reviewed by the Annalea Civic Association's Architectural Committee and the officers of the association. The building style, material and color are acceptable. At least two coats of paint are required when the building is completed. In order to comply with our deed restrictions the following requirements must be met: ➢ The building must be located forward of the 6 foot utility easement at the rear of the property. ➢ Corner lots are required to set back any structure at least 10 feet from the side property line abutting the street. The first 3 feet from the curb is a dedicated area for all public utility companies. When determining the location of the structure for compliance purposes the dedicated area is outside of the property line. ➢ Garage must be at least 75 feet from the front property line. APPROVAL IS GRANTED FOR A 2 CAR GARAGE WITH WORKSHOP IF DEED RESTRICTION REQUIREMENTS LISTED ABOVE ARE MET.
