Building Department.
I will notify the Sign Inspector within five (5) business days
after the sign is completed to schedule a Final Inspection.
I have received the City of Friendswood Requirements for Sign
Permit handout and have read such and understand all requirements.
If the business relocates/closes, or if the sign is no longer
applicable to the property involved, I will have the sign removed
or rendered blank.

Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Zoning Board of
Adjustment. of the City of Friendswood which was held at City
Hall on September 25,' 1990' with the following members
constituting a quorum:

Chairman Taylor called the meeting to order.
. Chairman Taylor called for public input regarding request.
from, Chnh Van Do to allow variance of number of wall signs
(2) and total sign area (more than 90 square feet) at `
location of 3698 FM 528, Seven Crown Store. -
Mr. Van D'o. stated he had purchased the store. recently', . .
changed the sign without prior knowledge of sign ordinance
requirements and is requesting a variance of the installed
sign now displayed.
**Howard Yeager made the motion to ,grant .the variance, of
number of wall signs (2') and total sign area (more than 90
square feet) at the location of 3698 FM 528, Seven. Crown
Store.
David O'Brien, III zeconded the motion. The motion was
unanimous.
**David O'Brien, III made the motion to approve the minutes ,
from the Regular Meeting of July 24.; 1990.
Evelyn Brennan seconded the motion. The motion was
unanimous..
The minutes of August 28, . 1990 to be' placed on next agenda
for approval.
**Ann Talbot made the motion ,to approve the minutes from the
Regular Meeting of' September 4, 1990.
